Everything on your site must comply with Florida Law. All of your web site content must be either your property or you must be able to prove that you have a third party's permission to use the work of others. This includes images, text, audio or video files. If you are found to have copyrighted material on your site and the owner(s) request the removal, please do so without complaint and do immediately. On your website there can be no links to escorts. You may not solicit yourself as an escort. You may not advertise for any escorts or for the purposes of prostitution or in any way sexual acts for money.

You may use any image from Badpuppy, on your contributor site, as long as permission is given by an official from Badpuppy and you have something in writing from that individual and proper copyright/credit is issued by you, along with a banner link back to Badpuppy, using your affiliate link.
Please do not have Links to other sites on your Badpuppy Contributor Site other than a designated links section. In order to maintain the consistency of the Badpuppy Site Presentation, we ask that you only have one link or banner to your main site, from your main page, if you have another site off of Badpuppy's server. This link; if other than a text link should be a banner no larger than 60 pixels high by 468 pixels wide.
If you have a separate links section and would like to put banners in it you may have no more than two banners (one at the top and one at the bottom) per page. You may have multiple pages in your links section. The banners may not be larger than 60 pixels high by 468 pixels wide. We also ask out of courtesy, that you do not link to a site directly competing with Badpuppy.
Any banners or text links you have linking to another site it must be obvious that the user is leaving Badpuppy. If you have just a banner it must have a disclaimer in text underneath or if you have a text link it must also have a disclaimer explaining that the person will leave Badpuppy's server by clicking on it. For a links section, you may list a single prominent disclaimer at the top of the page, that all of the below links will leave your website and Badpuppy's servers.
If you have any banners, links or icons that go to counter, or tracking sites you may only have a maximum of 2. You must also place a disclaimer a line above these links stating that by clicking on the link the user will be leaving Badpuppy. These links must be at the bottom of the page. Any others you may put into your links section.
Any disclaimer pages you may have, if your site contains nudity, are no longer required. As Badpuppy is a contained system, this is eliminated by the subscription system, where we verify the age of the consenting viewers. All of your X rated content must be placed behind the Badpuppy member firewall.
All sites must have a minimum of 50 media items (i.e. images, video clips, erotic stories, articles and so on) and be updated at least once per month. If you don't update within a 30-day period you are notified via email; if you don't update within a 45-day period you will be de-linked, receiving a follow up email; if you have not updated within a 60-day period your site will be removed, burned on CD and mailed to you at the address we have on file for you. When you do update your contributor site, you must email update@badpuppy.com and let us know what you've updated, so that your site update will be announced and linked from the Badpuppy New page. The New page is accessed from our main Navigation bar, throughout the Badpuppy site. Not only will your update be reflected on the New page, but you'll also be noted in our opt-in Badpuppy Weekly Newsletter, that goes out to past and present Badpuppy subscribers. Remember, more traffic means more commissions!
If you are for any reason permanently removed or stop contributing for an indefinite or permanent time you will no longer be allowed to have a complimentary Badpuppy account. Your complimentary account will be canceled and you will have to reactivate it using a credit card or some other acceptable method of payment. Your ftp access will be removed as well.
To comply with U.S.C. Title 18 Chapter 2257 we will now require certain information from you, some of which must be made public. There are two ways that you can work with us in which to comply. The first is by far the easiest. We have a public page displaying all of the Custodian of Records information. As you can see you would simply be required to submit a non-PO Box address and it would be listed with your site or company name. The other way to comply would be to supply us a copy of the model release forms and IDs for every model that is on your site in a sexual situation. You must have a highly visible "Badpuppy members" entrance on your main page, as well as on the page where your X rated material is accessed from. Underneath the "Badpuppy members" entrance, you must include a "subscribe to Badpuppy" link. Your Badpuppy subscription link should point to your affiliate link, which will pay you 60% of all net fees paid by members referred from your contributor site pages. As a Badpuppy contributor, you agree to indemnify and hold Badpuppy, its officers, agents including employees harmless for any and all claims, suits, causes of action or loss insued (directly or indirectly) due to the operation or content maintained on the Contributor Website or your violation of these restrictions or Badpuppy's Terms of Service. This indemnification includes reimbursement of Badpuppy's reasonable attorney's fees and costs, including such fees and costs on appeal, taxed as costs.
Badpuppy Enterprises Inc reserves the right to modify these guidelines at any time. Contributor will be notified of modifications.
